- Cancellation Policy: –Free cancellations until 5 days before the booking start time
– 50% refund for cancellations between 3 – 5 days before the start time. – Cancellations within 2 days of the booking start time are non-refundable. – In the event of severe weather warnings within twelve (12) hours of the scheduled charter, we reserve the right to reschedule. – Any cancellation or no show within 48 hours of a scheduled event will result in the complete balance due on the scheduled day. – If the charter is ended prematurely by guest request, the balance of the charter is non-refundable
