6-Week Onboarding

The ownership team guides you through the full operating system: legal setup, boat assessment, pricing, listings, marketing and first booking strategy.

Launch Your Operation

Go live under the LEI brand in your local market. You manage your own bookings, captains and guests completely independently.

5% Monthly Royalty

Pay 5% of gross charter revenue monthly (minimum $500). Includes ongoing coaching calls, updated materials and full support.
